Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase from www.decoransdesign.com. By placing an order you accept these terms, the File License and the Refund Policy.

What you are buying

All products are digital 3D print files (STL and OBJ). No physical product is shipped. Images on this website are renders showing one possible finish; your print will depend on your printer, materials, settings and finishing.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Shopier. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, download links are sent to the email address you provide. Download links may expire after a limited time or number of downloads. If a link expires, contact us with your order number and we will send a new one. Keep a backup copy of your files.

Custom requests

Custom color, texture, size or split versions of a file are quoted separately. Work starts after the quote is accepted and paid. Custom files are covered by the same File License.

Printing and safety

You are responsible for printing, assembling and using the objects safely. Print estimates, sizes and material suggestions on product pages are guidance, not guarantees. Floor lamps and other lit designs must be wired with certified, low-heat LED components and, where required, installed by a qualified person; never use hot bulbs inside plastic parts. Vases described as watertight should be tested before holding water, and printed objects are not food-safe unless you make them so.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Decorans Design is not liable for damage or loss caused by printing, assembling or using objects made from our files, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
