Refund Policy

Decorans Design sells digital files, which are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded. That is why refunds work differently from physical products, but if something is wrong with a file, we will make it right.

When we fix, replace or refund

• The file is broken. It will not open, is corrupted, or has mesh errors that stop it from slicing.
• You received the wrong file. The download does not match the product you bought.
• The file is significantly not as described. For example, a missing part or a design that clearly differs from the product page.
• You were charged twice. Duplicate purchases of the same file are refunded in full.

Tell us within 14 days of purchase. We will first try to fix or replace the file. If we cannot, you get a full refund.

What is not refundable

• Change of mind after the file has been downloaded.
• Print failures caused by printer hardware, slicer settings, materials or scaling choices.
• Differences in color, finish or texture between the renders on this website and your own print. Renders show one possible finish.
• Not having a printer large enough for the model at the size you want. Print sizes and specs are listed on each product page, and custom splits are available on request.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download starts. By completing your purchase and starting the download, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. Your rights for faulty files described above are not affected.

How to request a fix or refund

Contact us with your order number, the product code (for example H75) and a short description of the problem. Screenshots of slicer errors help us fix it faster. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
