This policy explains what personal data Decorans Design ("we") collects when you visit www.decoransdesign.com or buy a file, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We collect as little as we need to deliver your files and answer your messages.
What we collect
- Orders. Your name, email address and the products you bought, so we can deliver your download links, send receipts and handle support. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Shopier. We never see or store your card details.
- Messages. When you use the contact form or request a quote, we receive your name, email address and message. Forms are delivered to us by Formspree.
- Your cart. The items in your cart are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you check out or request a quote.
- Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Why we use it
- To deliver files you buy and provide support (performance of a contract).
- To answer questions and custom requests you send us (your request).
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes (legal obligation).
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Formspree (contact forms), Shopier (payments) and our email provider (sending download links and replies). They process data only on our behalf. Some of them are located outside your country, including in the United States, and use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes. Messages are kept for up to 2 years after our last conversation, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The payment page run by our payment provider may use cookies that are needed to process your payment securely.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
