Frequently asked questions

Do you take custom design commissions?

Yes. Besides custom color, texture, size and split versions of the files in the catalog, we also create new designs from scratch. Tell us about your project and we will send you a quote.

What kind of custom work do you take on?

We design wall panels and reliefs, decorative objects made for a specific space, and adaptations of a catalog design to fit your project. We create 3D decor designs for architecture firms.

How does a custom project work?

Tell us about your project: what you have in mind, the dimensions, and reference images if you have any. We send you a quote with the price and delivery date. Once work is under way, we send you a preview of the design for approval before the delivery date. After your approval, the files are sent to you by email.

How long does a custom design take?

Most custom designs are delivered within 3 to 7 days. Large projects take longer; we give you the delivery date with the quote.

How is a custom design priced?

Every custom job is quoted separately, based on its scope. Tell us about your project and we will send you a quote. Work starts once the quote is accepted and a 50% deposit is paid; the remaining 50% is due after you approve the preview, before the files are sent. The deposit is not refundable.

How many revisions are included?

The quoted price includes 2 rounds of revisions: after you see the preview, you can ask for changes to things like proportions, details, texture or size. Further rounds, or a change to the brief itself, are quoted separately.

What am I buying? Is a physical product shipped?

No. Every product is a digital 3D print file; nothing is shipped. You print the file yourself or have it printed by a print service.

Do you sell printed pieces?

No. We only sell digital 3D print files; we do not print or ship physical products. If you do not have a printer, you can have the file printed by a local or online 3D print service.

Which file formats do I get?

Every design comes print-ready in four formats: STL, OBJ, 3MF, GLB. Large models are split into parts where the size needs it.

Can I look at the model before buying?

Yes. Every product page has a 3D preview you can rotate and zoom, along with the size, filament and print time figures.

How do I order and receive the files?

Add the designs you like to your cart and send your request with your email address; we reply by email within 24 hours. Once your payment is confirmed, the design files are sent to your email address, ready to download and use. Keep a backup copy of your files.

How do I pay?

Prices are in US dollars. You can pay through Payoneer or by bank transfer to our US bank account; we send the payment details by email when we reply to your request. Taxes may be added depending on your location, and your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

Is there a discount for buying several designs?

Yes. Orders with more than one design get a discount; we send you the discounted price by email when we reply to your request.

Can I get a refund?

Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded. But if a file is broken, the wrong file arrived, it is significantly not as described, or you were charged twice, tell us within 14 days: we first fix or replace the file, and if we cannot, you get a full refund. See the Refund Policy for details.

Can I sell the prints I make?

Yes. You may sell physical objects you print from the file, or have printed for you by a print service. Painting, hand-finishing and assembling them is covered too. To advertise your prints, use photos of your own prints, not the images from this website.

Can I share or resell the files?

No. The digital files, and any modified version of them, may not be shared, sold or uploaded anywhere. Mass production such as injection molding, casting from molds or large production runs needs a separate written license. The full terms are in the File License.

Can I use the files in interior design or 3D visualization projects?

Yes. Besides printing, you may place the models in your own interior design scenes and architectural visualizations, for example to show a client how a piece would look in a room. The OBJ and GLB files open in most 3D and rendering software. You may share the resulting images and videos, and hand the project file to your client or project partners for that project only: they may not extract, print, sell or pass on the model. See the File License.

Which printer and material do I need?

The designs print on FDM and resin printers, in PLA, PETG or resin. The technical notes on each product page give the layer height, wall thickness and material suggestion for that model.

Do the models need supports?

It depends on the model. The Print Specs on each product page say whether supports are needed and roughly what share of the surface overhangs.

The model is larger than my print bed. What should I do?

Wall reliefs, mirrors and floor lamps are modeled at real size (most reliefs are around 600 mm wide, floor lamps 1 m tall), so they print in sections. The technical notes on each product page explain where to split the model, with seams placed where they hide in the design. Contact us if you need a custom split for your printer.

How do I join the sections?

Sections are joined with pins and glue. For slim parts such as the thin legs and long necks of some floor lamps, the technical notes recommend reinforcing with steel tubes. Check the notes of each product; they list the seams and the points to reinforce.

Can I change the size of a model?

Yes. Figurines and vases are modeled at a reference size and scale freely; scale uniformly to keep the balance. When scaling down, watch the thickness of fine details: the technical notes give the minimum thickness for each model.

How accurate are the filament and print time figures?

They are rough estimates at the listed size (1.2 mm walls, 15% infill). Your slicer, printer and settings will give different figures; they are guidance, not guarantees.

How do I hang a wall relief or mirror?

Some models have built-in keyhole slots on the back; the print specs on the product page list them under "Hanging". For the others, add keyhole hangers, a French cleat or a wall-mount bracket. In every case, use screws and hangers rated for the finished weight.

Is the mirror glass included?

No, you are buying the print file of the frame. Have the glass cut locally: measure the opening on your printed frame, order 3–4 mm mirror glass and fix it with mirror adhesive or clips. Where the glass size is fixed, it is listed on the product page.

Which bulb should I use in the floor lamps? Is it safe?

Use low-heat LED bulbs or LED strips only; never use hot bulbs inside plastic parts. Wire the lamp with a certified lamp cord set and switch, and have it installed by a qualified person where required. Weight the base so it cannot tip, and leave a cable channel of at least 8 mm.

Can I put water in the vases?

As printed, the vases are decorative dry vases. For fresh flowers, print in PETG with solid walls and seal the inside, or place a glass tube or glass insert inside. Always test for leaks before arranging flowers. Printed objects are not food-safe.

How do I get the color and finish shown? Can I ask for a different color or texture?

The product images show each design in one suggested color scheme and finish. The technical notes of each product include a finishing recipe for that look (for example primer, dry-brush, dark wash and clear coat), so you can reproduce it or choose your own colors. Custom color, texture, size or split versions of a file are quoted separately; just contact us.
