Jade Tendril Curio

Sculpture design file for ceramic, plaster and 3D printing, shown in polished jade green: an egg-shaped bud cup opens at the top into a jagged, torn rim, with a nest of small curling tendrils inside. Tentacle-like tendrils with fine suction-cup detail wrap the cup and twist down into the stem. The piece stands on a round, stone-textured base, and the smooth jade tones against the gray stone give it the feel of a carved gemstone curio.
