Pyramidion Table Lamp

Pyramid table lamp design file for 3D printing, shown in warm stone white with a brushed gold capstone: a hollow pyramid whose top piece, the pyramidion, floats above it on four slim gold rods that follow the pyramid's edges. Each face carries one Egyptian symbol in low relief: the Ankh, the Eye of Horus, a papyrus column and the winged sun disk. Switched off, they read as quiet carvings in stone; switched on, the hidden bulb shines through the thinner wall behind them, the symbols glow amber from within and warm light rises through the gap under the capstone. A striking piece for a desk, a sideboard or a gift, 25 cm tall on a 25 cm square base.
